Lecture Guidelines

is guideline only applies to speakers who have been invited to give a lecture during the congress.
Please read the following instructions to submit your lecture abstract, and lecture slides.

Important Dates

Deadline for Lecture Manuscript submission: March 25 (Wed), 2026

How to submit Lecture Manuscript

• Please follow the steps after clicking the “Lecture Material Submission” tab.
  When the submission process is finalized, an e-mail containing your registration number and password will be sent to you.
  You may modify submitted materials until the deadlines shown above.
  • You will not receive a registration number and password if the submission is not completed properly.
• Please create your PowerPoint (PPTX) slides in 16:9 (landscape) format.
• Your submitted materials will be provided to the session chair. Please upload your CV within the deadline.

File size limit: Each file is limited to 20 megabytes.
All deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

Deadline for Presentation Slides submission: April 1 (Wed), 2026

• Submission and revision processes are the same as described above for the Lecture Manuscript and CV.
• If you exceed the file size limit or have difficulty uploading, we ask you to submit it by email.
