Letter of Invitation

Dear all,

On behalf of the organizing committee of the 12th Korea-Japan-China Pediatric Heart Forum, we are happy to invite you to participate in the Forum to be held on March.24 & 25, 2016, at the Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, Jeju, Korea ( The registration day of the Forum will be on March.24 and the Forum day on March,25,2016).

The purpose of the Forum is to exchange the scientific knowledge and clinical experience of pediatric cardiology and pediatric cardiac surgery among the 3 countries.

The main topics in the Forum consist of congenital heart diseases, Kawasaki disease, pulmonary hypertension, pediatric cardiac imaging and pediatric cardiac surgery.

Regarding the expense, 1) for all foreign participants, the registration fee will be waived; 2) for those who will be the session chairs or speakers (including lecture speakers and free paper speakers), the Forum will provide free accommodation (maximum 3 nights) during the Forum. The hotel for foreign experts is Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, Jeju. Address: Tapdongro 66, Jeju. Shuttle buses between the hotel and the venue will be provided The distance between the hotel and the venue is near, several minutes by bus. However, for those being invited having poster presentations as well as other attendants, the accommodation fee will not be provided by the Forum. The Forum will not provide the traffic expense for all participants including session chairs and speakers.
