  JCS2017 is now accepting the abstract for free communication. In addition, abstracts for Late Breaking Trials and those for Excellent Case Presentation by Young Careers in English can be submitted since September 5, 2016.  We do hope everyone will submit the abstract for these sessions.

 

1.    Abstracts for Free Communication, oral presentation or poster presentation.

Abstracts for free communications including oral or poster presentation and those for team medical session should be submitted until the end of September.

2. Abstracts for Late Breaking Sessions and those for Excellent Case Presentation by Young Careers in English（ECP）

From September 5, 2016, we has started to accept abstracts for Late Breaking Clinical Trials、Late Breaking Cohort Studies and Excellent Case Presentation by Young Careers in English（ECP）.

Dead line for abstract submission is October 26, 2016

ECP is a special session limited in the JCS2017. Please see the information regarding ECP in our Web site.

3.    Travel grants for presenters

The first author of each abstract can apply travel grants to come the JCS2017. Deadline for application is December 14, 2016,

4. Reservation of Hotel or Ryokan during the JCS2017

The meeting office of the JCS2017 will afford the enough number of rooms of hotel or ryokan during the meeting. Official announcement of reservation for hotel or ryokan will be released on the end of November (3:00 pm, November 30, 2016). However, if you already have travel plan to visit Kanazawa, please reserve hotel or ryokan by the procedure listed below:

1. On September 9 (Friday), we will update the information of hotels or ryokan in our Web site. Please visit our Web site below.
