Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, we cordially 

invite you to participate in the 13th Japan-China-Korea Pediatric Heart Forum

with Asian Pacific Symposium (all the presentations and discussion in English),

which will be held on July 7th to 9th, 2017, in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan.

This forum is organized as a meeting in conjunction with the 53rd Annual 

Scientific Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac

Surgery (a Japanese domestic but big meeting having 2,000 participants), 

which will be held from July 7th to 9th, 2017 at the same venue.

The scientific program will consist of oral, e-oral and poster presentations 

selected among your submitted abstracts. 

Presenters living overseas for this forum have a great chance to get; 

・Free registration for all presenters

・Free accommodation for oral presenters provided by the organizing 

committee*single-room, maximum 3 nights; we can change the single room 

to a twin room and you can share the twin room with 1 e-oral or poster 

presenter upon your request

To present your research at this meeting, please submit your abstract following instructions.

I.Abstract should be submitted by the web site:

II.Abstract may be selected either oral or poster presentation. However, some

abstract may be accepted as “e-Oral Presentation” by the organizing committee’

s discretion.

"e-Oral Presentation" is a new type of presentation format which includes:

1. Presentation data with 5 slides (TBA) 

2. Registering presentation data prior to the meeting

3. Giving a presentation on a screen with registered presentation slides

4. Presentation time is 4 minutes and 3 minutes for discussion

*"e-Oral Presentation" is similar to "e-Poster presentation" or "Digital Poster Presentation".

III.Deadline for abstract submission: April 15th, 2017 (JST)

IV.The final decision to accept or reject the submitted abstracts will be made 

by the organizing committee, and based on the review's judgment. .

V.Notification of accepted abstracts will be informed by e-mail until 

the end of April, 2017.

Hamamatsu is placed in the center part of Japan, just 90 minutes 

from Tokyo, or Osaka by Shinkansen (bullet train). Hamamatsu 

is well-known as city of musical instrument manufacturing. Hamamatsu

Museum of Musical Instruments is located on the 1st floor of Seminar & 

Exchange Center which is the venue of this congress.
